Product Description:

The Aluminum Alloy 5052 aluminum plate, with a thickness range of 1.5–3.0mm and customizable width, is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-magnesium alloy (aluminum 95.7–97.7%, magnesium 2.2–2.8%, chromium 0.15–0.35%, trace iron, silicon, copper) in H32 or H34 temper, featuring anodized treatment for car fuel tanks. This alloy offers high fatigue strength (tensile strength ~230–280 MPa), excellent corrosion resistance, and good formability (elongation ~7–10%). The anodizing process creates a protective oxide layer (10–25 μm thick), enhancing resistance to fuel chemicals and environmental exposure while improving durability. Its lightweight nature (density ~2.68 g/cm³) reduces vehicle weight, improving fuel efficiency, while its recyclability (recovery rate >95%) supports sustainable automotive production.
